You can be your own party planner: a little organisation, a clear goal at the end of it all and a party planning checklist at your arsenal. That’s all it takes.
First decide on your budget. How much, on average, are you willing to spend on your event? From here you can keep track of your spending throughout the planning stages: see if you can save in some areas and go for gold in others. Make a note of your budget and check off each item, once complete, onto a planning checklist. It’s easier to keep track of where you are in the process, and also to get a visual of your progress.
Below are some essentials most parties need, and when you should be thinking about organising them. For weddings and larger events, obviously there is a lot more that needs adding!
